Minnesota Staffing specializes in light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and assembly
positions. Most of our clients are within 25 minutes of the Twin Cities Metro Area, with our main clients in St. Paul, Hudson (WI), Vadnais Heights (MN), and Stacy (MN). Positions are primarily full-time in nature with an average hourly wage between $14.00-$24.00 per hour. We also have skilled employment opportunities such as welding, CNC machining, carpentry, and construction to name a few. Applicants can come in to fill out an application and interview between the hours of 8:00am-1:00 pm Monday-Thursday or by appointment any day of the week.

Minnesota Staffing is in search of dependable employees for one of our most valued customers in Vadnais Heights. The position is in a fast paced, light mechanical assembly environment. Employees are responsible for quality assembly of final products and product testing.
The environment is FANTASTIC with a temperature and humidity-controlled environment. It is very clean and very safe. Besides the environment, this company values its employees and seeks long-term placement with opportunities for employment available on a regular basis.
Ability to communicate in English is required.
High school diploma, passed drug test and clean background are required.
Previous experience in an assembly/manufacturing setting is preferred

1st Shift is 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM M-F
2nd shift is 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM M-TH
Pay starts at $17 per hour and raises are given regularly before being hired on after a 90-day probation period.
Concrete Fabricator / Concrete Laborer
Minnesota Staffing is in search of motivated individuals looking for work in the construction/concrete field.
This is for a customer of ours up in the Stacy area that is a leading manufacturer of concrete infrastructure products in the United States. No experience is required, but they do prefer that individuals have some construction/concrete experience.
1st shift (4am--2:30pm) is available. This position works M-F for a total of 50 hours/week.
Overtime starts at 40 hours, which pays time and a half.
Employees would be responsible for using some basic hand tools to do some finishing to the concrete products as they are being cast.
This job requires that you spend most of the day on your feet while wearing steel-toed boots, hard hat, and neon safety vest.
Pay starts at $24 per hour for 1st shift and you must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
This in an excellent opportunity for full time hire for the motivated individual with excellent benefits and pay increase upon being hired as a permanent employee.
All our full-time employees have an opportunity to win Safety Bingo, too. Last game the winner took home $1900.
